Chardonnay
Fiano
White grape variety, originating from Italy, exactly from the near Campania, Fiano found in Apulia, in particular in Valle D'Itria, a privileged microclimate for its cultivation, enough to be admired in D.O.C. Locorotondo and Martina.
Malvasia Bianca
Autochthonous vine with white fruit, mainly present in grapes in several D.O.C. Apulia. It has a slight aroma that remembers/ reminds the aroma of Muscat with simple and refined taste.
The alcohol content ranges from 12° to 14°.
Moscato Reale
White Muscat or Real Muscat are the names of the autochthonous vine between the most famous and representative vines of Apulia. From Muscat grapes born "Moscato di Trani D.O.C.", which embraces the towns of the province of Bari and Foggia and it identifies a natural sweet wine, also produced as liquor.
Aglianico
Autochthonous vine which it is present throughout the region, that produces a characteristic natural sweet wine. Aleatico is also D.O.C. and is characterized by the use, in lower percentage, of Negramaro, Malvasia Nera and Primitivo.
Bombino Nero
Known as "Bombino" or "Buonvino" is a vine of ancient cultivation, which is characterized by a copious production and a high yield of must. It is cultivated mainly in Apulia..
Montepulciano
Its origin is not from Apulia, but in Apulia has found an ideal climate and an area for its development. Monte Pulciano is very common in the area of Foggia , but is also present in D.O.C. Castel del Monte and Salento.
Nero di Troia
The territory known as "Terre di Federico", or the large area that extends from Bari to Foggia, in the Nero di Troia recognizes its most representative emblem. The vine, in purity or in blend, is covered in D.O.C. Castel del Monte.
Sangiovese
Sangiovese is one of the most popular grape varieties in Italy and although not originating in Apulia, is a vine grown abundantly in the region and appreciated for structure, taste, elegance and aging ability.
